RealTime Solutions® operates www.puredark.com and puredark.rtscart.com. www.puredark.com and puredark.rtscart.com are websites internet users ("Users") can visit to learn more about the Pure Dark™ chocolate brand as well as order the product online. Pure Dark™ Chocolate is a division Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates.

What Information Is Collected?

RealTime Solutions stored and collects the company name (if applicable), first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, email address and personal password. The User’s email address may be used to conduct online contests or sweepstakes or offer other online activities (e.g. newsletters and surveys). This information may also be used to contact the User in regards to any orders placed on the website(s). RealTime Solutions does not condition a User’s participation in any of our online activities on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity. You can visit the site without disclosing any personal information about yourself. However, if you want to participate in a loyalty program, enter contests, or order products offered online, we will need you to share with us certain personal information about yourself. The personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to, company name, first and last name, street address, e-mail address, a personal password, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and/or fax) and shipping information. 

Our website(s) contains links to third party websites.  We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites.  When linking to another site a User should read the privacy policy stated on that site.  Our privacy policy ONLY governs information collected on www.puredark.com or puredark.rtscart.com.

Email Messages

RealTime Solutions may provide Users the opportunity to send e-mails to co-workers or friends. In addition, www.puredark.com features information about products that Users may be interested in and from time to time will send, on request, email messages to co-workers and/or friends to let co-workers and/or friends share their interest. We may ask for a first name and email address, but we do not require Users to submit personally identifiable information about your co-workers or friends in order to send an electronic message to them. The email address is used only to deliver the message and is not retained.

Use and Disclosure of Information

RealTime Solutions uses or may use personally identifiable information that Users provide for such purposes as sending requested electronic postcards and email messages on their behalf, and conducting contests or sweepstakes, and responding to their questions regarding our products and services. RealTime Solutions currently does not disclose to third parties (A group besides Mars Inc and the User) personally identifiable information that Users provide, except from time to time, we may transfer, disclose or share such information with third parties who may be engaged by us specifically to handle and deliver certain online activities (e.g. shipment of product and total cost of product). Such third parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but are prohibited from using it for other purposes. Additionally, if all or substantially all of the assets relating to www.puredark.com or puredark.rtscart.com are transferred or sold to another entity, personally identifiable information submitted to us may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Finally, we may also disclose personally identifiable information to third parties in order to comply with law or requests by law enforcement agencies, to enforce our Terms and Conditions or to protect the rights, property or safety of our website, Users and others.

Cookies and Log Data

Cookies are information files that your web browser places on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a website. Cookies cannot damage User files, nor can they read information from a User's hard drive. Cookies allow websites to "remember" Users’ activities on a website, as well as Users’ visits to a site. On www.puredark.com and puredark.rtscart.com, cookies are used to remember items in a Users shopping cart and to temporarily store user login information. Log data collected on web servers within RealTime Solutions control, and under the control of RealTime Solutions third party analytical service provider (who is required to maintain such data on a confidential basis), supplies RealTime Solutions with aggregate information about the number of visits to different pages on our site. RealTime Solutions uses such aggregate information to improve access to our content based on Users' browsers and operating system types, in order to make our content available to as many Users as possible. We do not link the log data collected to the personal information that Users submit online when participating in our activities.

With that in mind, RealTime Solutions provides only Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology throughout the login, new User setup, ordering and shopping cart process.
